Itinerary
We will pick up our adventurers at their respective hotels (Please check if your accommodation is among those regulated so we can pick you up), and then we head towards the highlands of Estancia 25 de Mayo, where all adventurers will surely feel Patagonia in all its splendor, marveling at the beautiful landscapes and the animals that inhabit the region.
We will depart in 4X4 vehicles heading south through the valleys of Calafate Hill. After about 15 kilometers of driving, mostly uphill, we will arrive at Estancia 25 de Mayo, where the MTB bikes will be waiting, excellent for the group’s activity.
After a technical conversation with various relevant information, the group will depart, each on their bike, for an excursion that will allow sighting a wide variety of regional fauna: guanacos, foxes, choikes, condors, and eagles.
Each person on their bike will be able to enjoy the landscape, fauna, and flora of the area. The Guanacos Valley will be crossed by the group, where we will enjoy a view of the Werlika and Baguales hills, and we may even visit a “chenque,” which was the old burial site used by the native Tehuelche Indians.
Nearby, we will stop for a while to rest, contemplate the vastness of Patagonia, and of course, hydrate ourselves.
Next, we will head to a beautiful support point where the group will be welcomed with a delicious lunch. After lunch and being sure to have had one of the most beautiful experiences of your life riding in a remote region of Argentine Patagonia, we will all return to the city of El Calafate in the 4X4 cars.
